2000 - 2010
In 2000, Wang Hulun, the father of President Wang Da, founded the company's predecessor - Hailun Machinery Factory. Wang Da was the vice manager of Hailun Machinery Factory at that time. The factory mainly manufactures machinery spare parts, and often contacts with punch press customers. Wang Da realized punch machine has a wide range of applications, then decided to build punch production line.
2011
In December 2010, Ningbo Yiduan was founded, and in September 2011, Xiangshan Yiduan was founded. Mr. Wang Da was the president and general manager. In the beginning, he rented a 4000 square meter factory in Beilun to start production, staffed with 58 employees. The sales revenue of that year was 34 million Yuan. The first batch of products were two sets of APA-60 single crank precision metal stamping press.
2012 - 2013
During this period, president Wang Da rented a production workshop of about 3500 square meters in Xiaogang, set up the second facility, and began to prepare for the construction of his own workshop in Xiangshan. President Wang Da established Ningbo Xieduan Company on April 13, 2012, mainly engaged in the distribution business of punching machines and one utility model was patented.
2014 - 2015
The construction of Xiangshan plant began in 2014, and the marketing and after-sales service were enhanced. In November 2015, the plant in Xiangshan was completed and put into production, with a land use area of 25924 square meters and a building area of 15753 square meters. Three utility models were patented.
2016
We insisted on leading the market, and continuously building a strong marketing team to expand the business in domestic and oversea markets. Seven regional sales offices were established to cover the whole national market, including Guangdong, Chongqing, Jiangsu, Hebei, Beijing and Tianjin. In addition, we created foreign trade division, looked for overseas agents, and opened the market in the United States, India, Brazil, Vietnam, Russia and so on. One invention was patented.
2017
The company name was changed into Zhejiang Yiduan Precision Machinery Co., Ltd. The technical reform project about 1500 sets of large stamping press machine was completed. Yiduan was awarded as a high-tech enterprise, patent demonstration enterprise, the growth star of industrial enterprises. 9 utility models were patented.
2018
Ningbo Engineering Technology Center was built in Xiangshan County, enabling Yiduan to become a powerful enterprise in Xiangshan County. C-frame press was recognized as Ningbo famous brand product. S2-1250 CNC press was recognized as the first smart equipment in the province. Four products were CE certified. We obtained the certifications of quality, environment and occupational health. 9 utility models, and 1 appearance design were patented. In addition, we were honored to participate in drafting national standards.
2019
Possessing high-level talents, Yiduan built postdoctoral workstation in province Zhejiang , enabling us to be recognized as Ningbo's key advantageous enterprise of intelligent equipment. 9 utility models and 1 appearance design were patented.
2020 - till now
5 utility models were patented and 9 software works were registered. Yiduan has been recognized as the provincial enterprise technology center. Sales revenue in 2020 was 450 million Yuan.
